1. Acceptance of Terms

3. Account Registration

Where duplicate accounts are found, all accounts belonging to that individual may be permanently suspended and any balance may be forfeited.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your legal name as it appears on your CNIC or passport, valid mobile number, date of birth, and any other information pak804 may request. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pak804 login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. pak804 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials. You must notify pak804 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your account.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC)

pak804 is required to verify the identity of its players before processing withdrawals. You may be required at any time to submit identity documents including a copy of your CNIC or valid passport, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to submit required documentation within a reasonable period specified by pak804 may result in account restriction and withholding of funds pending completion of verification.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.2 Currency

All transactions on pak804 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Players are not charged currency conversion fees by pak804 when transacting in PKR. Cryptocurrency deposits in USDT TRC20 are converted to PKR at a rate determined by pak804 at the time of deposit.

4.3 Minimum Amounts

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
